Sound silly? It’s not. With a few simple tools you can physically, mentally, and emotionally reduce how stress affects you. Chances are that you are already aware of some of the benefits of using crystals and aromatherapy to relax. Let us explain why.
More than just a beautiful formation, crystals emit frequencies that can help raise physical, mental, and spiritual vibrations within the human body.
Formed within the Earth, each and every crystal has its own unique “note.” Combined with minerals and powerful forces within the Earth, (heat, pressure, gas) these crystalline structures absorb and transmit energy.
The energetic and healing properties of crystals can be combined with aromatherapy to create a powerhouse of transformation. Paired together, plants and minerals can strengthen physical, mental, and spiritual growth.
Essential Oils are concentrated extracts derived from plants, flowers, leaves, and trees. These oils are versatile, holistic healing tools that contain top, middle, or base “notes.” These “notes” classify how potent each oil is and how long its aromatherapy lingers.
